Celingua is looking to hire freelance English teachers to conduct interactive group classes online.

Duties
Our students’ daily tasks involve variety and creativity, and hence online teachers’ adapt their teaching materials to this innovative learning process.
The teachers’ duties for conducting the online group lessons include the following:

Design and conduct online group classes
Online teachers design English classes taking into account the calendar planned, Celingua’s methodology and curriculum.


Create Assignments
Online teachers should provide the content for the classes beforehand so students can prepare for the class. Also, our teachers motivate students to follow up on the topics discussed and learned to reinforce learning process.

Engage Students During Class
Online teachers encourage student participation to practice their speaking skills in interactive live sessions and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning.

Provide Feedback
Online teachers provide feedback to students, so they understand areas of improvement and can make better decisions about their learning process.

Availability for Regular schedules
Online teachers will meet a regular monthly class schedule based on their availability, including some weekend classes. A minimum of 5 classes per week is expected.

Required
● Bachelor’s degree or higher.
● TESOL/TEFL certificate (or equivalent certification) for the candidates who do not have a university degree of English teaching.
● 5 peak hours, including weekend hrs per week.
● At least one year of teaching experience.
● Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.
● Being comfortable working in a digital environment.
● Good computer skills.
